I have 3 types of classes and I have 2 images of each object (or class).

Can I perform image recognition using this very small dataset?

$\begingroup$ Hi @Nurgun Fedorov! welcome to AI StackExchange, I think your question is unclear, please give some additional details like what kind of image? what do you want to do with those images? why you tag this question with CNN and Keras? do you use it? $\endgroup$ – malioboro Jul 15 at 9:08

$\begingroup$ Regardless of what the images are, your data set is far to small to achieve any kind of accuracy beyond random chance. You need to collect more data to get anywhere with this. $\endgroup$ – Oliver Mason Jul 15 at 9:36

$\begingroup$ Actually, this depends if you have some pretraining or not. There is a lot of research going on about one-shot learning or few-shot learning. So, I would say, if you use some retrained detection networks, you have a chance to be able to recognize these images, but it's a lot of work ! $\endgroup$ – Joseph Budin Jul 17 at 10:21
