I've a lot of collected driving data, including video data streams. In order to filter or use them for DNN training, the video files must be annotated / labeled. In contrast to object detection or segmentation, the labels needed in this work are more of a contextual nature.

For example there should be multiple label tracks for weather, driving situation or road condition. Something like that:


I did a lot of research about existing tools, however the only thing I found so far suitable for the job is ANVIL (as seen in the screenshot above). Unfortunately I can not make it run on my machine and it seems, that the tool is not longer maintained.

Therefore my question is: is there any other tool (paid or free) available for video annotation that is not only made for object detection?
