Does Google's deep dream project have a specific website so that it can be used to run edits and renderings on images and provide an output?

Here are a few websites that help run the deep dream generator:

1) http://deepdream.psychic-vr-lab.com/deepdream/

2) https://dreamscopeapp.com/deep-dream-generator

This blog by Google AI explains the concept and here is the GitHub repo for the same. It has a python notebook for reproducing the results.

  • $\begingroup$ Not sure what you mean by "computer applications" here. If you want to build a graphical user interface (GUI), then it's best to look at some of the examples from PyQt or Tkinter. As for the files downloaded from GitHub, no, they cannot be turned into applications right out of the box. The available code only helps users to generate their own results and possibly tweak it for their own use cases (which in this case, I assume, is building an application). Using the files from GitHub is easy, just make sure that all necessary packages are installed and then run the code. $\endgroup$
