While a user is navigating through a website, we need to detect whether the user is having trouble finding something in realtime. The output is used to trigger an event that should pop up a FAQ page or a chat assistant automatically which will provide further help to the user.
Is there any existing solutions/studies where we can feed in the user clicks, mouse movement, scroll patterns, etc., and the solution detects if the user is having trouble finding something?
