But I'm having difficulty finding a universal way to combine the them into one channel. Converting to grayscale (or "luminosity" using YCbCr conversion) may work in some cases, but not if for example there is a green gat on a red background. However a 3D convolution seems like overkill? Or is it reasonable to ignore these exceptions? | |
