Image Does the quality forof training NNimages affect the accuracy of the neural network?

I just got into AI few months ago and. I noticed most of the images in train-setstraining datasets are usually low quality(almost almost pixelated).

My questions is, Does the quality of training images affect the accuracy of the NNneural network?

I tried googlegoogling, but I couldn't find an answer.
